A solid spiritual practice and routine allows you to live a more grounded and peaceful life. When I began my spiritual journey, the first tools I utilized were Sage and Palo Santo, Candles, Crystals and a Journal. Each of these tools helped in different ways to create a spiritual routine I could maintain with consistency.

SMUDGING TOOLS

We use smudging tools like Sage bundles or Palo Santo sticks to cleanse our energy and our space of negativity. Cleansing is the first and most important step in your spiritual routine. Smudging creates a blank slate and positive environment. Skipping this step lessens the effects of every other part of your practice. You always want to be as grounded as possible before you go inward or ask the universe for guidance on matters in your life. Crystals are known to have healing properties and are often used to aid in manifesting, daily rituals, meditation, and energy healing practices. No matter what someone is trying to manifest, journaling is a crucial part of the process. You can use a journal to express gratitude, write affirmations, and note what occurs during your meditations. When we meditate and visualize what we want, we should use a journal to write down all of the enlightened thoughts that come to us while connecting with the universe and our higher-self. By writing in a journal, you can always refer back to it as you manifest each desire.
